I am Mike La Greca, and I operate Swim Lessons and Sports Performance Programs in Westport, CT. I offer one-on-one personalized training tailored to each client’s age, specific needs, goals, and fitness level.
Youth sports development is the focus of La Greca Fitness. As a Physical Education Teacher and middle/high school athletics coach my goal is to help student athletes gain an edge above the competition, create healthy fitness goals, and develop sport specific skills. The sports I specialize in: Swimming, Soccer, Track and Field, Basketball, Baseball and Softball. Training sessions can also include weightlifting, agility training, yoga, and high intensity interval training. These sessions can be for all ages including adults.
