I’m Mike La Greca, a personal trainer and educator with over a decade of experience working with children, athletes, and adults of all fitness levels. I’ve built my career around helping people grow stronger, more confident, and more capable through movement.

I offer personalized one-on-one training programs designed around each client’s age, goals, and ability level. My approach combines structure and practical training methods to create workouts that are both effective and sustainable.

For youth clients I focus on building strong athletic foundations through sport specific training. With years of experience in schools and coaching multiple sports including swimming, soccer, track and field, basketball, baseball, and softball. I design sessions that are engaging and age appropriate.

For adults, I provide straightforward, no pressure training focused on strength, conditioning, and consistency. Whether your goal is to build muscle, or improve overall fitness, I create sessions that fit into your life without unnecessary stress or complexity.

For seniors, I prioritize safety, mobility, and independence. Every session is thoughtfully planned to improve balance, strength, and daily function, all within a supportive and patient environment.

In addition to personal training, I also offer swim lessons and youth mentorship in the Westport, CT area.
