Taking into account the child’s physiological needs and abilities allow for planning the most beneficial youth fitness training program.
Mike personalizes every exercise program to the strengths and weaknesses of your child, making each workout session more efficient. Mike incorporates agility and strength training to outline maintainable fitness plans for children as young as 7 years old and help build confidence with each movement. We make sure to always provide encouragement, constructive feedback and a positive environment that keeps kids and teens engaged and focused on their goals.
