Mike personalizes every exercise program to the strengths and weaknesses of your child, making each workout session more efficient. I incorporate agility and strength training to outline maintainable fitness plans for children as young as 7 years old and help build confidence with each movement. We make sure to always provide encouragement, constructive feedback and a positive environment that keeps kids and teens engaged and focused on their goals.

Youth Swim Lessons
Each swim program personalizes every lesson to meet the unique needs of each child from infants to toddlers to elementary-aged swimmers making each session both productive and enjoyable. We focus on water safety, skill progression, and confidence building while incorporating techniques that support coordination and strength in the water. I am committed to providing encouragement, constructive feedback, and a positive environment that keeps children engaged, comfortable, and excited to learn.
